INVASION OF PRIVACY, ********L ACTIONS OF SHOP MANAGERS AND ******* INSTRUCTONS

On 09 February 2019 13:41 l paid my purchase and thereafter l was confronted by a person "grinning" ugly to me saying he wants to see my handbag, l asked why? WITHOUT MY PERMISSION "Babe" a non South African born stuck his hand into my hadbag with my jewelery, cellphone and wallet, he kept on doing so untill l started shouting that he has no right doing so! Then he say some one said l took spice, which there was mo such some one. Then he said he is security and he can do what he like and as he did. I shouted evenharder till the store manager came, then he said this person may do that, put his hand in my handbag and feel inside as he like, this store manager said its that guys job! I then shout even louder that this is a ***** and no security arrives. The storemanager said that l shouldnt shout as that this person had his hand in my handbag where my jewelery and wallet is as this is the POINT ROAD AREA, AND THERE ARE MANY *******, l then said that l walkes with my cellphone 15000 worth and my jewelery 30000 worth in my handbag in POINT ROAD AND NO PERSON ATTEMTED ROBBING ME NOR TRIED TO PUT THEIR HAND IN MY BAG NOR MADE ANY ATTEMPT TO ***** FROM ME AS THIS GUY IN HIS STORE TRIED TO DO. Then another guy arrived, he said the camera was wrong thats why this "Babe " had to look into my hand bag and that it gives them the right to put their hand in my handbag! This is a blatant lie! The shop allows a ******** offence by their unlicenced on security board to put their hand into my bag WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND WITHOUT ANY REASON. The law say if a company employ any person doing security their rights are the same as an public citizen, they can do a citizens arrest and wait till police arrive or even take such person to the police to and the police have the right to search such person, if such person does not have any ****** items on them it was a false arrest and victimisation.

The store had instructed their staff to do ******* operation to random search without customers permission. It becomes a ******** offence as my privacy was invaded and l was intimidated. Also the store had a male to put his hand i to me a female hand bag, which is totally against the law, and intimidates me completely. I started a ******** case as l am a member of police myself, the ob entry is 1000/02/2019. A full ******** case will be opened, against rhe Storemanager, the socalled security, and the unknown person whom said that l had ****** something.

I have slip for my daily shopping at pick a pay, l am not the only person targeted and also ***ually hoarasted by this security called "babe" whose actions are extremely unproffecional and victimising as an non South African victimising South African. It is to my knowledge that South African born citizens are JOBLES WHILST REFUGEES ARE EMPLOYED, AND PERSONS WHOM EVENTUALY OBTAINED CITIZENSHIP, THESE ATE THE PERSONS WHOM TARGET THE SOUTH AFRICAN WITHOUT REASON.
