Invalid Voucher

I'm not happy with Pick n Pay asap. I won a voucher of R1000 from Pick n Pay asap to spend. Only one voucher was valid and the 2nd is no longer valid, yet you stated that it would be valid for a good 3 years. Please respect me. I tried reaching out to you on Twitter yet you keep ignoring me. I need answers and my valid voucher. I won it. Fix this ASAP.
