On the 16/12/2018 around 15:00 I went to Pickn Pay Park Meadows Liquor Store and I came across Mzoxolo Gqada and asked for 5 quantities of wine. He gave me two and went to look for the remaining three. Five minutes later I went to check for him and He was by the Fridge at the back packing,so when I informed him that I was still waiting for the three boxes He lost it and pushed me and when the security lady came there He informed her to kick me out . I then informed the security lady to call the Manager, she did,the name of the manager is Armstrong Ngoma,when I was complaining to the manager Mzoxolo Gqada dared me to come closer to him so taht he can hit me, I was terrified as a customer,scared for my life. The incident was captured on CCTV footage at PicknPay. The manager confirmed that he saw Mzoxolo push me on the footage. I have been patronizing the PicknPay brand for years which i adopted from my parents. My entire family and relatives uses PicknPay. We also have smartshopper cards.I am also on Vitality and one of the reason I joined the programme is that they have partnered with PicknPay . So for me to get such treatment is heartbreaking,I do not feel safe to purchase at a PicknPay anymore and not sure whether to patronize the brand anymore. I am a brand loyal customer.
