INTERCAPE PARTNER VOUCHERS BOUGHT WITH PNP SMART SHOPPER POINTS

I use some of my Smart shopper points on 13 August 2023 at 10:09, to buy partner (Intercape) voichers to use when booking a bus tucket instore at Pick n Pay. When I received the vouchers via dms the valid uintill date on the vouchers was 27/12/2021.

I communicated via telephone and email on 13 August explaining the issue en sending screenshots of the sms's that I received. Got a request (931221) has been updated response yesterday and a email today in which PnP say I must take the issue up with Intercape.

I did and the reply from Intercape is I have to contact PnP

Still do not have any sulotion to this
