Insulted and harrased by Hollard salespeople in Pick n Pay

I want to share my experience whilst shopping at Woodlands Mall Pick n Pay on 04/01/2022.

At the door, a person who did not immediately identify himself started a conversation and wasted my time. Eventually he said he is selling some Hollard product and I respectfully refused with a smile.

The situation got much worse when I was in an aisle and another Hollard salesperson followed me and screamed on me from metres away trying to get my attention. I don't know the person so I continued with my shopping and he came up to me and again tried to sell me a Hollard product.

I told him that I already refused when I spoke to the man at the entrance of the store and he simply continued and refused to accept my "no". I ignored him and walked on and he shouted an insult at me.

This behaviour is stalkerish and I felt harassed. I am sure that I am not the only customer who feels this way and will avoid this store.

I would suggest that you take this complaint seriously as these salespeople are seriously making the shopping experience unpleasant.
