Insult

I went to orange Grove today with My aunt .we went to Buy grocerries. So WE saw lil-lets pads 'soft & absorbent for R11.99 .i Took two Pack because It was on Sales then My aunt took one Packer when WE were by Till Point. We told cashier Rudo Nhenderere that WE saw it r11.99 then she went to Take Price stick then she saw that Product was was Scanning different Price but one Pad was Scanning r11.99 so My aunt went to Change to Take That one was Scanning r11.99 when cashier Call her Manager Joseph to Give us on Price that we saw.when My Aunt Come with that one she went to Change then they refusee to Sale for us on that Price. I ask cashier why then she say that because My Aunt went to Change. Cashier was Very rude to us and she even insult us by Call us 'stupid ' i never Been Call stupid in any Store but today i was Been Call stupid. She Refuse to apology and she Refuse to go Call for us store Manager. She told us that it is not her Business. I can Go head to complaint if i want Too. I am so shock and surprise which Bad custmer Service that i did Receive today in the big Company as pick n pay.
