Instant money withdraw at pick and pay

Went to pick and pay to withdraw the standard bank instant money, the cashier did everything and I put the pin after that is saued approved but the money didn't come out the till froze.. She called the supervisor to restart the till and explained what happened, they went to do a sport check if the money went out.. They came back saying no it didn't went out but on my side the voucher said it's been used and the Manager at pick and pay in tygervalley said it will reverse within 24 hours it's not on their side but when I called standard bank they said the money was withdrawan their and it's not gikna reserve once it says approved meaning its out already.. But they didn't wanna give me the money they said the till is not over so I must wait 24 hours.. I asked them to call the headoffice and standard bank since they work together a D found out. The headoffice didn't pick up the phone he sent them a mail and am still waiting for them to call me and get the money it's a R1000
