Today we had a great customer service from Pick 'n Pay (The Grove), the cashier Charlotte Mnisi gave us a great customer service. We were buying 3 X 330ML of Coca cola cans which equals to R24,00, each R7.99 and after seeing that 3 cans equals to R24,00 she then told us about 6X330ML Coca Cola Cans special that will end on the 27th of this month and it costed R30,00, then Charlotte suggested us to save by adding R6.00 to have morethan 3 cans saving almost R17,00 which made us buy one can by R5.00 and the pack was not from the fridge and she took 3 cold cans from the fridge and exchange it with 3 hot ones. She didnt say because we dont have Pick 'n Pay smart shoper card, we dont deserve good service, she did it out of her willing heart. God bless her and we thank Pick 'n Pay for hiring such good people, with that good service im willing to come back again. #InspiredByU #ExtraSmiles
