Insects in pasta

I bought pasta (No Name brand) in December only to the horror of getting insects walking inside a sealed pack just as I was about to cook dinner for my family. I tried contacting pick n pay numerous times without proper assistance until end of January when I was told they had sent me a voucher. I indeed received notification from post office and when I fetched the letter it said I had received 1300 smart shopper points which equate to 13 Rand...This is just disrespectful in so many ways, did you consider the money I used to buy airtime to call you numerous times? Petrol used to go back to the store to take back the pasta? Petrol to go to post office to fetch the letter? And the petrol I'm going to use to redeem my voucher? All for what? What about the trauma? I haven't bought pasta of any brand since the incident and no one at home wants to have pasta also because of the **** you sold us. I've lost respect for Pick n pay and worse their No Name branded food!!!
