Injury incident while shopping by worker

My name is Sivenathi Bam Mxoli I have a problem with the company pick n pay in Cape town strand street I was sanetize in my eyes last year August and they said i must go to the doctor with my own money which I did and the doctor said my eyes infected my left eye is foge,I went back to them to give them the letter that the doctor gave me.they said to me that they will contact me,till November last no one phones me ,I contacted the lady that I sent the letter to which is called Aneesa Burger she said to me I go back to the doctor again,I went back again the results were still the same.i send it to her again but sins then she never contacted me till today I'm still waiting and my eyes ur giving me problems I need help or some one that can help on this case.
