Injury at Store

This occured on the 02/09/2018 and to this day no response was received from the manager of the store. Below is the email that was sent to the store on the 03/09/2018

Good day Please note on Sunday the 02/09/2018 we were at the store around 12h30 My wife was at the pay point with my son when a bottle was dropped on her foot Not one off your staff assisted her or followed any procedure to ensure she was fine We then proceeded to our vehicle hoping she would be fine Upon getting home her foot swelled up and was bruised and now she is having a terrible time to drive I cannot believe the fact that not one of your staff took notice of the injury and secondly need to understand if this was reported and or documented As this should have been I am taking this up as this injury occurred at your store and would expect a response as to what is going to be done
