Injured while shopping.

On the 24th of October 2020, I slipped at Wonderpark Pick n Pay and hurt my ankle because there was a gel on the floor which was covered with a box. I alerted the manager on duty who made fill some papers/forms and told me that he will email those papers/forms to the Head Office. After going to the doctor and hospital, I contacted him and told him that the doctor said I have a fracture. I have sent him my medical aid records, picture of my leg on POP and my dischem receipt of an ankle support boot. It is now a year and I haven't heard anything from the Pick n Pay Head Office. I don't know what to do anymore.
