Injured at Pick n Pay Clothing but no communication to date
On 25th May 2018 @ around 4:30pm I visited the Pick n Pay Clothing Store at Blue Route Mall - I didn't happen to see the plastic clothes hanger lying on the floor and slipped on it and injured my lower back. On 26th May I contacted the call centre and they advised that I go into the store to lodge the complaint with the store manager. I did so on the 28th May and spoke to Courtney and completed the relevant documentation once he had confirmed that they had in fact sourced the camera footage of the incident. I was told someone would be in contact with me. On the 11th June I called the store to request an update - was told someone would contact me the following day, no-one did. On the 20th June I visited the store and was informed by the deputy manager that she would follow up. On the 29th June I visited the store once again and was told the same thing. This happened again on the 2nd July when I went into the store but I have yet to receive some form of communication from anyone at Pick n Pay Clothing. Not even an apology to date.
