Inhumanity at Jane Furse Pick 'n Pay

I have qn issue with Pick 'n Pay Jane Furse store in Limpopo.

The store services more than 100 villages in the sorounding areas and therefore makes a lot more packed especially on month ends.

I went there several time with my 65 year old mother who is a already a senior citizen one, and she's also on crutches due to her disability.

The queues are always long and every time I ask the store manager to let her pay first he says we must ask other customers.

Customers are already exhausted from the long queues and would not allow that. I asked him to have a designated till for the elderly, the disabled and also the pregnant women.

It is not fair for these people to be in long queues f about 20/30 people with the young fit adults.

This is beyond inhuman.

I have phoned pick n pay head office 02nd of March and spoke to Damon who promised to have the store manager call me but to date I'm still waiting.
