*****ing money

I placed an order this morning with Picknpay ASAP. I received the wrong products. I have spent 2 hours on the phone and R200 worth of airtime and I still have not received a solution on how they will sort out the problem. I was told in the last call that they will call me back immediately and it is now 24 minutes later and no-one has called me back. I have paid for products which I still have not received
