I purchased items off from pnp app which i always do as im a regular customer of pnp and now that they deliver its amazing however.

After a while of ordering i realised that the amount that was taken from my account and what i should have been charged was different they charged me more.. i dont know if this was an error that time or if it happened before… then the rolls i ordered was out of stock this again only after they have taken my funds from my account.

I have complained, i have emailed numerous times all I received back was an automated response this is pathetic.. now im scared to order from them
