*****ing customer money!

On the 5 November 2025 I ordered on the Pick and pay app, I ordered some groceries of which two packets of chicken, the money went of my bank account and then they send me a invoice and the all the groceries was delivered but the chicken, I thought the additional money that was paid would be transferred back into my bank account or credit onto my asap card, but nothing, I contacted the calll center number which was so noisy at the back round, I could hardly hear the operator and explained what happened, he looked into the problem and insisted that pick and pay took of the correct amount which is not, please come back to me so I can send someone proof of the payment that went off my account
