Store account! DO NOT GET ONE!! I'm am furious! This is the THIRD time since I've had my account that I've been stuck in the store for over an hour on the phone trying to sort out issues that aren't mine! Pin error (which wasn't even an error on my side) and to reset is a nightmare! Now I have to get a whole new card after being on the phone for 45 minutes!! Have to call back AGAIN and then get transferred AGAIN then reset my pin AGAIN just to pay for my groceries that I should've walked out with over an hour ago!!!! Thia is not funny anymore!!! Not to mention the call quality over the phone!

13 Aug 2019, 16:43Oh that wasn't even the half of it! Got told I have to buy a new Sim card because I'm on a contract phone! Are you kidding me!!?!!!
And then told I can't reset my pin and therefore can't use my account.... What a nightmare!! Two hours in the store WITH A TODDLER!! ????????????????????????????????????
I EVENTUALLY tried a new pin (ignoring said sim instruction) and it worked and got my groceries!!
I was told I HAVE to get a replacement card because they couldn't manage to sort my new pin out! They also wanted a signed copy of my ID?! SERIOUSLY???? - while I'm in store, with groceries and a toddler waiting..?? Then all of a sudden, that's ignored, and then I need to get a new Sim card!!! While on hold to speak to the manager, I took it upon myself to try get a new pin and I succeeded!! Had I not done that, I probably would still be in the store!
I need nothing more from your side to assist in this matter as I fixed it myself and got my groceries. PLEASE DO NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE TO MY CARD. IT IS SORTED NOW! DON'T MESS IT UP AGAIN PLEASE!!!!! I BEG OF YOU!!
I am beyond livid and this isn't the first time!!! I should've cancelled long ago! I've never ever had such issues like I've had with your store! If this happens again I'm going to lose it!
