Inferior Quality Of Products

I bought the PnP brand of ear buds same as what I buy every month. We are on holiday in Limpopo. Yesterday morning I used an ear bud and as I inserted the ear bud, I felt something out of place and when removed it, the stick came out clean leaving the cotton wool in my ear, too deep to remove with my hand. We went to a first aid unit, they tried and failed. I ended up at a Doctor in a unknown town, on a Sunday. I had to get it removed by a Doctor as they used a machine to get it out. He said it could have damaged my ear drum and cause infection. R500 later and I was percsribed an antibiotic eardrop of another R260. I trusted your brand and your product and you failed me. R760 out of pocket and a very sore and tender ear.
