Inferior Quality
I bought myself some winters pajamas last week. Wore the item once and the next morning, the seam had come undone (like so many other PNP t-shirts I've bought, the reason I no longer buy PNP t-shirts.)
Anyway, I took the item back to PNP Tableview for a refund as I have no interest in such inferior quality. The obnoxious manager, Gary Hendriks, refused to refund me and merely offered an exchange as he says I tore the item. He proceeded to take the torn item and give me another item, which I still do not want, I want a refund. In addition, the item he replaced it with, is not the same size as the item I purchased, so it is too big for me. I want a refund please.

I find it unacceptable that I am being made to accept something that I have already experienced to be of inferior quality. I want my money back so that I can go and purchase a similar item elsewhere.
