Inferior cheaper replacement items cause of no stock sent

I did not get what I ordered due to pick and pay advertising goods they do not stock and then sending a inferior cheaper replacement they choose. Four weeks they have been giving the run around without explaining who is responsible. Keep saying the issue is being addressed but nothing happens!!
