Ineptitude and get lost attitude of Pick n Pay

On 17 Jan I fell down at Pick n Pay at Hemmingways Mall in East London after I stepped on a display board lying on the floor. I suffered a sprain on my left thigh which made it difficult for me to walk properly for 2 weeks. I was promised a refund of the medical expenses. I sent them all the documents they asked from me. Then they said I will get a refund within 10 working days. Till now i still haven't received the refund. They just day, "Soon you will receive. " when you email them. After the visit to a doctor it was my wife, a practicing physiothe****** who treated me to full recovery. I haven't foot them a single cent for the treatment I received from my wife. I fell on my back. I was lucky not to have sustained a fatal injury. Even now their ineptitude and carelessness just as they left a display board on their floor for customers to fall and die continues. This is three much M. Seby Cyriac
