Indifference Rude and Arrogant Store Manager: P'nP The Glen: Maluse

I had the following nightmare at the afore-mentioned store. I went to by my domestic worker some badly-needed food essentials. I waiting for at least 15 minutes in the most far left/extreme cashier. The cashier muttered something to a lady in front of me in a vernacular language. I was third in line and could not hear what was "mask muttering". Eventually a lady in front of me looks at my groceries in my grocery waggon. I asked her to explain in English.She advises me that the line is only for SASSA payouts. So I ask the cashier why there is no sign indicating as such. The manager "Malose" comes out from his office I ask him why there is no sign stating that the cashier is solely dedicated solely to such payments. Malose's manner was sullen dismissive or apologetic in anyway. I demanded an apology but he promptly walked away with a "devil-may-care" attitude. I then phoned P'nP's complaint linme the lady listen and attentively and prompised to escalate the complaint. It is 24 hours latter. I have received no reference number on my cell or my e-mail address. I am formally boycotting your Glen Store and I demand you call me. ***. When I arrived home to give my domestic worker her groceries, she confirmed that the same happens to her at Pick 'n Pay oulets. So the struggle for cocial justice for clients continues......
