Incorrectly debited - require refund
WE ordered our groceries online and were debited R200 more than our invoice.
After calling the call center we were told to go to Hyper by the sea to rectify when we live and shop in westville?
Surely Pick n Pay should not inconvenience us after their mistake?

Please find recon of order ***0 below as per your online shopping invoice of what was deducted from your account for this order. Should the amount be higher than this amount then the excess would have been part of the reservation amount set aside for this order and will still be in your account.
To have the reservation amount released to your account you will need to contact your bank to give them authority to release the funds or alternately the funds will reflect in your account within 48- 72 hours.
Goods invoiced - R2369.73
Delivery fee - R90.00
Total deducted = R2459.73
