INCORRECT TIME OF CLOSURE

I went to PnP on Friday 27th March 2015,arrived there at 20.52. the security had already closed the door by that time, when I arrived there, there were about 6 people who arrived there before me and they were upset that the security insisted that it was 21.00pm already.<br> I insisted that the security call the store manager, who by 21.10, DID NOT so much as confront us standing at the door,,, that is bad management.<br> you come and confront the situation and then deal with it, not hide behind someone who could not even give us the correct time as he did not have a watch on his arm.<br> Canal walk is a big shop and I am disappointed at being shoved around by the security when I insisted that it was not 21.00pm as yet.<br> a customer came out and told me \the manager wont come out
