Incorrect product

Well this have been my first time using the bottles app by pick n pay to buy a few things thinking well I am sure they'll give me the right products so it should save me time from actually going into the store well I was totally wrong. Since I had no lotions or cream so I decided to use the app, I ordered for several stuff but the one thing I needed the most they gave me the incorrect item, someone should actually take the time to double check the orders. I've sent a message to support and still no response. Don't think I'll use the app again.
