Incorrect pricing and policies
On the 20th of June 2015 I went to PNP parow. They had a promotion on their Nutristart Cereal, 2 for R36.90. When it scanned at the tillpoint it scanned R22,90 each. When the supervisor came she just corrected the price. PNP policy is that if the price scan incorrect you should get the product free, when I ask the supervisor about their policy she told me that it also only on the barcode. The was a huge paper which indicated the price of the product, This is ridiculous!!! shouldn't the policy apply to this!!!<br> This is not the first time that this happens to me at this PNP. The manager on duty was standing next to the till point watching the rugby, he didn't even bother to intervene. It is preposterous that I must go to a PNP out of my parameter to receive good service. What is the point of having a policy when it is not app****.
