Incorrect pricing
I haven't been so humiliated in my life I bought things last night I took coffee from the shelf there was a label stating R77 some cents I took it with my other stuff and went to the till to pay they scan it and wow I tell the lady that that is not the price on the shelf she said she cannot give it to me for that price I asked to see the manager and he told me he cannot give it to me for that price telling me they don't have the policy of price you see is the price you pay. I will never again buy there the shelf was fully packed so it was no mistake.

09 Dec 2022, 16:17Hi there I cannot see how It will resolve the problem cause obviously the manager and the lady that was assisting me Was no help then how will they help me now. It was very bad service I received. My nr is *** I couldn't believe when I was told pick & pays policies is not like other stores so I suppose I cannot believe anything they say ever again.
