INCORRECT PRICING

Went today to purchase potting soil and flower pots from PnP Brackenfell centre. Had come to the pots which were standing by a price board labeled R159.99 per pot, then even asked a staff member if the price was correct and he had confirmed that the pots were indeed that price.

Got to the till to have the pots scan R199.99 instead, I had informed the cashier that it was shown as R159.99. After waiting for about 40 minutes for a manager, they had gone to check for the price they had discovered that the "correct price board" was BEHIND the pots which I wanted to purchase. So the pots were packed in the incorrect place under the incorrect price and they refused to accept their mistake and called me a **** as they apparently did not know what staff member I had spoken to even though I had given them a description of him
