Incorrect Pricing

I was at Pick n Pay Red Ruth at about 11:15am on the 12th April 2016. I bought a pkt of Beacon Marsh mallows toatsed coconut, on the shelves the price that was there was R3.99, I ntook them and when I got to the till, the price was R13.99.I immidietely told the cashier that the price there was R3.99 and not R13.99, she then called a person by the name of Thembi. Thembi came and went to look she came back saying the packers had accidentally put a green sticker thats why the price was R3.99 isntead of R13.99. She said she has removed the sticker so the price is R13.99. I asked her whose problem that was as the packers had done a mistake and i saw it at that price. She then said I don not work in that department I will not be able to help you. She then went ahead and called a person named Rachel. Rachel never came to me as the customer. I then paid R13.99 for the marshmallows which were priced incorrectly. I honestly dont understand why Thembi is a supervisor if she doesnt know how to treat customers. I want my money back. This is unacceptable. What does the consumer protection act say about such....Thembi was really rude, I need an apology and my money back from her.
