Incorrect pricing

You had this on the app, 6×45g of tinkies for 9.99, I bought for that price only for you to deliver 5 units of tinkies instead of 5 boxes, when I log a query you decide to refund me without consulting me, I want my 5 boxes of tinkies. The law says the price you see is the price you pay. I have screen shots at proof. You did not even explain to me why or apologize if it was a mistake I want my tinkies
