Incorrect Price

On Monday I went shopping at Pick n Pay Wonderboom Junction and I was sold items on special on a normal price.I wrote an email on Tuesday to the head office trying to get some clarity but till today no one has given me an clarity.

I would like to know why the teller sold me items on special on a normal price. And today I went to double check if maybe I saw incorrect things but to my surprise the items are still on promotion.
