Incorrect price

Good day Pick n pay

I purchased an item yesterday at Pick n pay Capricorn and the price was incorrect when I got to the till it scanned higher that what the barcode states on the shelf. Your staff just corrected the price but did not give me double the difference.

When I asked the cashier about it she just stared at me.

Please fix this as this is a policy that you should honour.

Please accept our apologies for the poor service experience & incorrect pricing at this store.

Double the difference will only apply once the transaction has been finalised and paid for in full with the incorrect price.

This means if you had paid the incorrect price and the bar codes match the store will then need to assist with double the difference, if the price is changed before the payment then double the difference will not apply.
