Incorrect order received

Good day. I'm absolutely disappointed I'm the service I received. I did an order on the Asap app on the 23 December. I received an incorrect order. I have phoned and emailed customer care over 20 times. I even called the queensburgh store from wer my order was coming to complain about the incorrect order I received. 26 hours later I still haven't received my order and no1 has contacted me with regards to the incorrect order I received. Very disappointed.
