INCORRECT ORDER AND DISHONEST
I placed an order which was incorrectly sent and the items was short. I was not informed there was no stock of one item, they just put something else in the bag. The driver did not give a slip when the order was dropped off. I called and received a reference number but to date I did not receive any feedback on a way forward. DO NOT USE PICK.N PAY PLEASE.

01 Dec 2022, 09:53I called this morning to follow up and was on the hold for an hour. Then an agent answered the call and when I requested the turn around time on the complaints was informed 24hrs. When i gave her my reference number, she cut the call. No once called back. Wow
