Incorrect Messages related from Meerensee store to Pick and Pay head office Durban

Pick and Pay is behaving very unprofessional, we approached the meerensee pick and pay, in Richards Bay, a fami**** store to all families that send their children to Richards bay primary, we but the school bread and eats for school from this shop, and we have made this shop what it is today. we approached Pick and Pay on Monday 22/07/2019, for a small sponsor for Women's day, there was a manager by the name of Douglas, spoke to my wife and said "sure pick and pay does give sponsors" they have given before, he said that he will forward to Elisha Parbhoodeen, and gave us the number to double-check, firstly the lady is unprofessional she had read the mail and tossed it aside, today, I waste my airtime and she says she is in charge and pick and pay cannot sponsor, man it dod not have to be big, yet our wallets are measured in your expensive shops, you made us a stupid, keeping all our homes on lies and misunderstanding from your shop, I will definitely pass the message across to other parents, and although I stay in meerensee i will rather drive to the mall and do shopping at an alternative shop going forwards.
