On 19/09/2015, I went to the Pick n Pay Hyper By The Sea Durban North pharmacy to purchase prescribed heart pulpitation tablets. Rootha Govender (the Pharmacist's Assistant) assisted me, however, she did not appear to be fami**** with the tablets on my script neither did she enquire about the tablets with the Pharmacist on duty. When she boxed the tablets, she did not show the tablets to me, sealed the packaging and handed the package to me to proceed to the cashier for payment. A few days ago, I needed to take a tablet, when I opened the package, the box label contained the correct name of the tablet however the tablets itself are different. I have since been to 2 different pharmacies and spoke to 2 different pharmacists who have advised that the tablets given to me and my prescribed tablets are not the same neither is it a generic of what I take. PICK N PAY, THIS INCOMPETENCE IS HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE AS THIS IS DEALING WITH PEOPLE'S LIVES AND THEIR HEALTH WHICH COULD HAVE SERIOUS OR FATAL CONSEQUENCES. I REQUIRE IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THIS OR THIS MATTER WILL BE TAKEN UP FURTHER!!!
