Incorrect information recorded on ITC / not reachable

On my Experian under Credit Check ( mycreditcheck.co.za ) incorrect information is reflecting stating that I have PNP Store Account with a balance of R 27 196.00 with an installment of R1477.00 PM - This information is wrong and has messed up my reputation with the banks, The bank rejected my Home Loan application because of the wrong information recorded on the beureu, This is really serious , I need you to fix this urgently, I need PNP to send me an urgent letter confirming that I do not owe PNP this amount so that I can foward it to my finance house to approve my Home Loan. *** Urgently remove the incorrect information on the beureu. I have bee trying to reach you since from Wednesday, I have google different contact numbers but you are not reachable. I have settled my correct PNP account, Please urgently email me my paid up letter.
