Incorrect information

<p>You should please take note that your staff is providing customers with incorrect info regarding specials and are not well informed. I bought the specials on Pampers today (2 packs for R249) and was informed by a number of staff while walking to the cashier:</p> <p>1. You cannot buy more than 4 packs (while the advert clearly states, not more than 4 DEALS, which means 2 packs are a DEAL)</p> <p>2. The loose packs do not qualify for the special, it has to be the 2 packs that are wrapped together in plastic</p> <p> </p> <p>Being the stubborn person, I proceeded to the cashier with my 8 packs, some of them loose and when I got to the till the cashier informed me that there was nothing wrong in buying 8 packs and the loose ones did also qualify for the special.</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel so bad for the people that were ill informed by some of your staff members, because they were told to leave their packs at the tills and according to what I could see, it was quite a lot.</p> <p>Poor customer service really, please educate staff whenever you are running these huge specials.</p>
