Incorrect change

I have been at Pick n Pay Express Palm court on 7/04/2020 at 11h41 - The value of my purchase was R40.97 and I paid with a R100.00 note - The change that I was due to receive was R59.10 but only when I got home I realised that the cashier Prudence Baatseba gave me R29.10. Due to this lockdown and rushing in and out of shops for the essentials, I did not look properly how much change I was given and with the knowledge that PnP is a well-known brand, I least expected to be "******" in a PnP store by a cashier. The reason for my complaint is not that I want the R30.00 back but please make sure this does not happen to any other customers because the economy is very hard hit presently and for some people that R30.00 could be their bread money for the next 2 days. I have been shopping at PnP for many years but after this experience yesterday I would rather shop at Spar.
