Incorrect Advertising & Item Missing

Good Day<br> <br> I shopped at the Woodmead Pick 'n Pay Hyper on 08-09-2015. After paying for my items, I checked the receipt and noticed that the Koo butter beans, which was advertised for R13.94, was charged R15.49. I had to go to the customer service counter which took time to get the credit. When I got home after work, the loaf of white bread was missing. I called the store on 09-10-2015 at 10:20. I was asked to go back to the store to get another loaf of bread or the credit. I asked if I could collect the bread from another store & they said no. I live in Kempton park, must I go to Woodmead Sandton to get a loaf of bread? Is the petrol & my time worth it? <br> We as customers have to check our receipts to make sure that we are charged for the correct price/s and now also check the items that's packed. Where is the customer service?
