Inconvience items not delivered

Order No ***, had an order of 2 Casio Scientific Calculator Fx82zaplus which both were charged but only one delivered. I now have to drive to the nearest pick and pay to buy another calculator, so I would have paid a delivery fee and now have to use petrol to complete the order, I was told that I would be refunded for the one calculator but the point is I need 2 calculators. I also was charged for a shopping bag which I requested and did not receive the bag, so I had to try to find a box at our reception to put the stationary in so I could take it upstairs. I was also sent Teddy book jackets and ordered Creative Col Brightz book jackets, how do I cover a 17 year old boys books with this. This is very Inconvenient and the worst online shopping experience I have had with pick and pay.
