Inconvience and lies

Good Day

Firstly i would like to highlight that i will be referring to the ASAP app.

On the 3rd Novrmber i had placed an order which i was informed two of the items were out of stock i then proceeded to cancel the entire order successfully.

On the call i had asked for a refund straight to my account but was told to choose the self option of Eft i had no issue i did, followed the prompts and entered my details.

Upon doing all this i received an email the same day that money should reflect between 5 to 10 days (now let me highlight the mail did not say working days but days which to me included the weekend. Please correct this on your automated mails that it is working days.

Now when i emailed customer service on the 13th as it was day 10 according to my calendar and the deadline (5-10 days ) i had a good agent keenan george that assisted me and informed me i should wait till the 17th November

So now we on the 18th November to be honest im highly ****ed off with the service and not keeping the end of the bargain. I called in this time and spoke to an individual reference to the call *** that initially this request did not get to finance i asked so why was i told to wait till the 17th why didnt the first agent pick that up. And then i was told i have to wait till the money leaves the app and then calculate 1 to 10 days once again not stating is it working days or weekends included. The fact that things are not clear. I've done what is needed but yet im getting the run around for my money.

Its honestly stupid all i want is my money. The app is made to make things easier yet its difficult to get simple things with it being out of stock and even harder for me to get my money back it was the first and honestly the last i use that app. Its an inconvenience. Please correct your wording as well as your agents pitch because honestly im not a dog to run around trying to catch a tail. I simply want my money and im not accepting to wait another 10 days its practically 20 + days you guys want me to wait after a mail stated 5 to 10 days.

Come on!!!! Its ridiculous
