Inconvenient on line shopping

My physically impaired sister cannot do her own shopping so I suggested she register for PnP on line shopping.

She was very excited about the convenience of this service when I arrived at her Frail Care Centre to register her on the website.

Her shopping trolley equalled some R436.00 and then there popped out the following information

• Bar One 90 gram / out of stock or not in stock. • Johnson Baby Soap 200 gram / ditto • and Johnson's Baby Powder / ditto

Good grief what kind of service is offered when basic items as those listed are not available on line ?

I don’t think we are unreasonable to have expected more from South Africa's top stores.

Poor (+ here I am being very polite) service PnP.
