Inconvenience - Suppose To Be Easier NOT

I placed an order on Monday for 6 items to be delivered to my Gauteng home for Wednesday, the guy delivered stuff but they delivered the wrong items, they did not deliver what was ordered due to no stock they even substitued the product when I clearly stated no Substitutes. Further more they want to charge me a further delivery fee for me to get the goods that they did not have in stock how crazy is this. How can Pick n pay just debit my account for goods I did not authorize, this is whty they say never give your credit card details but unfortunatley this is the only way you can pay for online shopping. I was prepared to pay for the items i ordered not the items that pick n pay feels fit to send to me. I want this resolved urgently
