Inconvenience of customer shopping

Pick n pay in Soweto wouldn’t allow me to come into the store with my parcels. The guy Fumani Chauke said stock from Woolworths is not allowed on the floor, and those were my parcels that I had bought and had a slip to prove they were mine. Though he kept on allowing other people to come into the store with their parcels. I have a video that shows that. Apparently it’s the house rules that inconvenience a shopper from doing their shopping effortlessly because as a shopper I have to stand in the line to go out my parcels away then stand in another line to purchase the goods, then come back and stand in a que to collect my parcels from the counter. Such a huge inconvenience only to say that they do not trust me
