Inconvenience and no ethical accounting standards

<p>I'm a loyal customer of PNP junction but after what I discovered about their financial operations I'm left wondering if PNP has the right staff in their finance department cause to me it seems like there is no internal control procedure in terms of collecting money from customer after processing a payment the list is long the is so much financial irregularities taking place etc , on the 26 may 2016 I went to p 'n p bought few things requested cash back they swiped my card the payment went through I got a notification on the spot, after 22 days the 17 of June PNP debited the same amount of money with the same reference that of the 26th , I went to the shop with my bank statement as proof to lodge a complain but I was told that is how they do business but my question which is still not being answered today is how can they collect monies or bank after 4 weeks of the initial transaction It is a huge inconvenience for me as a loyal customer having to come across such an ethical service , I don't wanna lie i am so disappointed, to be honest I would like them to pay me back my money and lastly they need to revise their internal control systems for better customer services and standard business improvement.</p>
