Inconsistent Online Experience
Rather disappointed. Some time back we used to use PnP Online and did never have a good experience. This past week I gave it another go. Firstly after a failed payment, despite responding within the allowed time frame, and clearing the issue up with the bank, the order still got cancelled. Tried calling the contact centre 3 times, and third time only the call succeeded, first the 031 number on their email does not work, then the 0800 number gets cut off. When asking for confirmation that they reattempted the payment upon receiving my reply email, it could not be confirmed. I rep**** within the allowed time frame and clearly no-body followed up. Will definitely be thinking many times before I ever try this online service again.
