Inconsistent delivery

This is now the 2nd time that pick n pay asap has failed me. I ordered some things at 15h02, called the customer support twice and have yet to receive my order #***1. The previous time my oder only got delivered 2 days later. I really am not one to complain and have had alot of good experiences as well with asap, but the inconsistency is becoming an issue.
