Inconsiderate service

I really find it very frustrating having to try different numbers to get through to pnp mall of the south. Tried *** number doesn’t exist also tried *** also number doesn’t work. It’s so unfortunate that I have to resort to this platform to get attention for some to call me. I brought in a TV st that I bought in 2020 with still has a warranty but somehow it stopped working , I then took it in on Tuesday 27/12/2022 for some to have a look at it. Assistant told me she will revert back to me on Friday 30/12/2022 and she never did and I’m really not suprised. Anyway I’m now trying to follow up telephonically instead of driving there and phone lines don’t work. I must say I’m really disappointed
